During the spring of 2020, I designed and developed this presentation (among a total of 65 other instructor-led modules in this curriculum) to provide GoDaddy Care agent new hires an engaging virtual learning experience focused on onboarding material including products, features, providing WOW customer service, and how to troubleshoot common issues.

The visual aspect of the presentation was designed with modern shapes, edges, and in-house GoDaddy customer photography. Each slide contains detailed facilitator notes to make the training ready to use by any facilitator.
